Yoga is a pathway to wholeness; the work involved in finding our way back to ourselves can be some of the most satisfying. I use the postural practice of yoga, alignment, infused with strength & mobility drills, focused on nervous system resets, to customize my client’s fitness & life routines. build strength, mobility & endurance using techniques from Functional Range Conditioning and other methodologies to increase good body mechanics that you can apply to any movement practice
offer private instructions in your home or studio location (JP or Wellesley)- one-on-one or small groups *mileage calculated for travel
