Practicing with your yoga community can be a powerful and joyful experience. There is freedom and energy in a community practice that is different from a class. Most importantly, this kula practice is led, not taught, so everyone gets to be on their mat. Teacher, student, friends- we are all invited and encouraged to step into our full potential by being there to support each other skillfully.

Practice allows us the opportunity to step into the same river, differently, every time. In this 3 hour practice, you can expect to be led through a predictive full spectrum Intermediate & Advanced postural practice that will include contemplation, mantra, and a closing meditation. Everyone, including Andrea, will be on the mat, practicing the same sequence (derived from a longer 5-hour practice) at the level of their current capacity, respecting their limitations, and creatively responding to moments of challenge.

This practice is not suitable for the beginning student but is more suited to students with a robust vocabulary of the poses, actions of alignment, and an understanding of variations/modifications suitable for themselves. Each practice has a theme, a unique aim for each session, and is an opportunity to dive into the experience of longer dedicated action on the mat. Bring your love of the practice!

HYBRID EVENT | This hybrid workshop will be offered both In-Person and via Livestream. The Recording will be available for 48hrs for those livestream registrants who do not sign in to the livestream.
